What should I bring to class?

Please bring a yoga mat, a towel (especially for heated classes), and a bottle of water. Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely and sweat.

Do I need to be flexible or in shape to start?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels. You’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace and take breaks when needed. Every body is welcome here.

How hot are the classes?

Heated classes like Bikram and Inferno Hot Pilates are practiced in a warm room to help with flexibility, detoxification, and focus. The heat might feel intense at first, but your body will adjust quickly—just stay hydrated and listen to your body.

Do I need to pre-register for class?

We recommend pre-registering to reserve your spot. You can sign up easily through our website or MindBody Online.

How early should I arrive?

We suggest arriving 10–15 minutes before your class starts to check in, get settled, and ask any questions. If it’s your first visit, give yourself a few extra minutes.

Can I try different types of classes?

Absolutely! Many students explore a mix of Bikram, Yoga, and Pilates to find the perfect balance. Our intro offers and class packs make it easy to try everything.

What if I feel overwhelmed during class?

It’s totally normal to feel challenged, especially in the beginning. Take breaks, sip water, or simply rest in a comfortable position whenever you need. Showing up is already a win.

Is there a beginner-friendly class?

Yes—our instructors are trained to support all levels, and we offer classes with clear guidance and modifications for those just starting out. Let the teacher know it’s your first time and they’ll help you feel right at home.
